THE PROCESS
THE DECK:
From the beginning step of design to the final step of polishing the finish, every aspect of the creation process of Session decks is completed by the same pair of artist hands, right here in our home city of Rochester, New York.
Each wooden ply is individually cut from meticulously chosen veneer. Once pressed into our signature shape and cut out, the edges of the decks are fully rounded over and then precisely sanded by hand to give just the slightest hint of an outline of the next ply. A luxurious silky smooth finish enhances the natural beauty of the wood, while providing durability. They truly feel as good as they look.
THE TRUCKS:
Each set of Prodigy Gen2 Trucks is built to last and features pre-installed 61A Pro Duro Bubble Bushings that are custom molded to resemble a real skateboard bushing shape. Each set of trucks also includes a pre-installed shaped pivot cup and included nylon insert stainless steel lock nuts to keep your tuning and wheels secured on the trucks.
THE WHEELS:
The New Street Style 61D wheels are our softest wheels yet, and the feel of these wheels are very similar to real skateboard wheels. Measuring 7.7mm in diameter and 4.9mm wide, these wheels are great for easy riding and doing tricks on all kinds of surfaces. These wheels are designed and made in the USA using a premium quality, custom Teak blended urethane. Each wheel is casted and cut in New York. Colors are handmixed and may vary slightly between sets.
THE EXTRAS:
Each complete includes a sheet of foam tape and the Teak Diamond Encrusted File. Designed to make assembly easier, this tool is like having a grip tape guru in your pocket! With its comfort soft rubber grip and diamond-cutting surface, this pro file provides a grip tape job so clean, you'll impress yourself!
