Questions
Does Teak merch ship with the rest of my order?
No. Merch is printed to order and ships on its own from our print partner, so it doesn't follow the next-business-day timeline, and it isn't eligible for free shipping.
What does the Teak Guarantee cover?
For 90 days after delivery, if anything arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we replace it, refund it or credit you in full, and we cover the return shipping. Changed your mind instead? You have 30 days to send it back for any reason. See the full guarantee.
