What do I need to build a fingerboard complete?
A deck, a set of trucks and a set of wheels. Bushings, grip tape, riser pads and board rails are optional. Pick in any order and the builder shows what fits as you go. Every Teak Tuning deck comes with a sheet of PROlific foam grip tape.
Should I get a 32mm or a 34mm fingerboard?
32mm is the standard width and the most popular size. 34mm is 2mm wider, with more deck under your fingers. It's a good fit for bigger hands or anyone who wants more room. Match your trucks to your deck: the builder shows trucks that fit your deck's width first and flags a mismatch.
Does a complete I build come put together?
No, it ships as parts, so you can set it up your way. Want something already assembled? We have a big selection of ready-to-ride completes.
Is there a discount for building a complete?
Yes. Once a complete has a deck, trucks and wheels, the Teak parts in it are 10% off, extras included. Obstacles and parts marked No discount stay full price, and it doesn't stack with other discount codes, so we'll apply whichever saves you more.
What tools do I need to put it together?
A fingerboard tool that fits the truck screws and locknuts. Our Repair and Tool Kit has two handle tools for both, in a zip case. You can add it in Finishing touches once your complete is ready.
Can I build more than one complete in one order?
Yes. After you add one to your cart, tap + Build another complete.
