Returns are not accepted for any reason on Mystery Boxes. However, all products are covered by the Teak Guarantee from defects or product quality issues.
Unfortunately, we don't offer any exchanges for Mystery Boxes.
Unfortunately, we're only able to offer free shipping for customers where the actual Fedex cost is under $25. This likely means the actual charged cost is above that.
