Fingerboard Completes Urethane Wheels

Finding matching components for a setup can be overwhelming, especially when there are dozens of graphics, trucks and wheels to choose from. Teak Tuning is excited to announce that fingerboard completes with urethane Apex Wheels are now available! Regardless of what colors or styles you prefer, you’re sure to find the perfect fingerboard setup for your collection. 

Urethane is a material that is used to make real skateboard wheels and has crossed over into the fingerboard scene. Over the years, urethane wheels have become increasingly popular with fingerboarders because of its unique feel and characteristics. 

Urethane material has great shock absorption and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Urethane also has a good grip with the ground - this is what causes the “squeak” sound that many fingerboarders love. 

Each set of Apex Wheels is proudly made in the USA from start to finish with premium materials and equipment. The urethane colors are hand mixed and each wheel is cast and cut in New York. Each wheel also includes a bearing pocket design that locks the bearing into place in the wheel. This means that the bearing will not slip, move, or fall out og the wheels.

Many of the Apex Wheel Completes include the popular “New Street” shape wheels. The New Street style wheels are the “standard” fingerboard wheels that have the typical size and shape that is seen in fingerboarding.

The Apex Wheels Completes also include professional trucks and Pro Duro Bubble Bushings. These bushings are modeled after real skateboard bushings. Each set of bushings is professionally molded to ensure consistent shaping and hole placement. When building these completes, we paid close attention to the details and color matching, even down to the bushing color.
