The Junction is a modular wooden fingerboard obstacle in the new Session x Teak collaboration series. Each obstacle features modular kickers on either side, and a mid-section with a low ledge and coping rail, and a high gap ledge. This obstacle features three unique grinding surfaces including birch wood, stainless steel, and a custom matte acrylic.
When all modular pieces are combined, the ramp measures:
20 ¼” x 8” x 4” (2 Kicker Setup)
20 ¼” x 11 ¾” x 4” (4 Kicker Setup)
High Ledge Midsection Dimensions: 9 ½” long x 8” wide x 4” tall
Individual Kicker Dimensions: 6” long x 5 ¾” wide x 2 ¼” tall
With the combination of low ledges, a high ledge, and kickers, this ramp is perfect for riders or all skill levels and experience.
This obstacle is a fresh take on a design by WoodOn Ramps. After their closure in 2024, we acquired the designs to bring these obstacles back, totally reimagined and revamped it for a whole new experience.
MODULAR DESIGN:
The kickers in this set attach to the mid-section with tabs, but can also be used independently. The bottom of each kicker sits flush with the surface so you can smoothly and easily ride up the kicker with your fingerboard. Each one can be used as a kicker or a bank, and is perfect for riders of all skill levels.
The midsection of the ramp can be used independently and features two low manual pads - one with a stainless steel grinding rod and a wooden manual pad, and one with a matte acrylic design. This unique synthetic material is ultra smooth to ride, and features a pattern for a realistic sound when riding across it. The mid-section also features a high ledge that has a matte acrylic design.
When all modular pieces are put together, this obstacle is a fun, flowing, and unique ramp that is held together by wooden tabs.

This obstacle set features high grade Baltic birch wood, stainless steel, and a custom matte acrylic for a versatile and unique riding experience. Each material has a unique look and feel, and we use the highest quality materials on all Session x Teak collaboration obstacles.
MULTIPLE OPTIONS:
When you purchase the junction, you can also choose to add two additional kickers with either a solid surface or brick surface. You can use two, three, or four kickers at a time to fully customize your experience.
THE PROCESS:
Every Session x Teak wooden obstacle starts with a design built for style and performance. Once the final design is locked in, we use precision laser cutting to bring each piece to life. From there, every section is carefully glued, assembled, and then hand-sanded to perfection — ensuring smooth edges and a clean, pro finish. Each obstacle is crafted start to finish in our Rochester, NY shop, making every piece a true blend of precision, craftsmanship, and passion for fingerboarding.
