My last set of these, in a different color, came with an unfortunate one. Teak reached out and ensured I was satisfied. 5 star service, however, the 5 stars here is for the product itself *without bias*. This set came with all wheels working perfectly. The size and shape are incredible for bringing a smooth park feel to rough street. These have strong traction and a proper urethane squeak. What they lack in free spin, they make up for in well rounded quality and long lasting life. My last set still feels new and that's been on my daily carry since I got em.
