A New Groovy Grip Tape Option

Teak Tuning is excited to announce that we’ve added a new kind of tape to the PROlific Tape collection! The new PROlific Shag Tape is a unique kind of tape. This tape is black like most fingerboard tape, but it features a unique texture, feeling, and appearance.

This unique texture provides optimal control during tricks, grinds, and slides. This tape feels soft and cushy, yet it is also grippy and easy to use while riding.

The unique texture of the tape gives it an interesting appearance when set up on your fingerboard, and this tape gets its name from its similar appearance to the shag carpets of the seventies. 

The latest addition to the PROlific Tape lineup is 2mm thin, 110mm long, and 38mm wide. This tape will fit all standard size fingerboard decks up 100mm long and 38mm wide. Just like most fingerboard tape, this tape will wear in and wear down over time.

Just like all PROlific tape, this tape has a strong adhesive backing for easy application. A miniature file is also included with each pack of tape.
